WHAT DOES CHANGAN UNI-S CHIP TUNING IN IMCHIP DO?

An important point right away is that we are not talking about some kind of aggressive interference in the car. We perform competent optimization of the standard engine settings.

After Stage 1, the Changan Uni-S 1.5 CHIP shows completely different numbers.:

Power: 181 hp → 216 hp (+35);
Torque: 280 Nm → 325 Nm (+45);
Acceleration from 0-100 km/h: 9.28 sec → 8.20 sec (-1.08).

The measurements were carried out in the Sport mode, there were two people in the car.

HOW CHANGAN UNI-S CHANGES AFTER FIRMWARE UPDATE

The main change is that Changan Uni-S is becoming noticeably livelier and more pleasant to manage.

The accelerator pedal stops being "wadded up". Tapping starts to give a reaction immediately without pauses or delays. The car responds faster to the driver's actions and feels more composed.

In the city, the owners of Changan Uni-S especially note:

  • It's easier to move in the flow;
  • It's easier to rebuild;
  • no need to push the gas through once again;
  • the box works more responsively and logically.

On the highway, the effect is even stronger. There is a reserve of traction for confident overtaking. Where previously it was necessary to calculate the maneuver in advance, now the car accelerates much more calmly and confidently. And this is not only comfort, but also additional safety.

Separately, an increase in torque is felt. Changan accelerates more easily even from low revs without turning off the engine.

HOW IS THE CHIP TUNING IN IMCHIP?

First, a free diagnosis of Changan Uni-S is carried out. IMCHIP specialists check the condition of the car and select the optimal solution.

Next, the factory firmware of the engine control unit is read through the diagnostic connector.

After that, the necessary adjustments are made to the read file. The settings are selected taking into account safe operation, the characteristics of the car and the wishes of the owner.

The updated firmware is then written back to the ECU's memory. No dismantling of the control unit, opening of the control unit or removal of catalysts is required.

The entire chip tuning process is fully programmatic and reversible.

WHAT HAPPENS TO FUEL CONSUMPTION AFTER CHIP TUNING

This is one of the most frequent questions.

Many people are sure that an increase in power will necessarily lead to an increase in consumption. In practice, it all depends on the riding style.

With balanced operation, the Changan Uni-S engine starts to work more efficiently. The car no longer needs to be constantly at high revs to accelerate normally.

Therefore, in normal operation, the fuel consumption of the Changan Uni-S remains either at the same level or even decreases after the firmware of the CHIP.

SECURITY, RESOURCE, AND WARRANTY

This is the most important question, and it is absolutely the right one.

In IMCHIP, chip tuning is not based on the principle of "getting the most out of it at any cost." All settings remain within safe limits without critical load on the engine and gearbox. We use only proven solutions.
